Winter Clothing Rental Terms
HOW TO RESERVE
To reserve winter clothing simply send us an email or click on winter clothing book now button that will direct you to our reservation system. For your reservation you must provide us with your clothing sizes for jacket, snow pants, winter booths and mittens. Please make your selection 1 - 2 sizes larger than your regular size to accommodate extra layers of clothing that you will be wearing.
CLOTHING RENTAL INCLUSIONS
Your winter clothing package comes with five pieces of clothing that includes snow pants, parka jacket, winter boots, mittens and balaclava. The winter clothing that we use is from several Canadian top brand names that are not limited to Canada Goose, Outdoor Survival Canada, Sorel and Absolute Canada .
TERMS AND PRICING
Clothing rental is on first come first serve basis with priority given to participants reserved in our travel packages and activities. Winter gear is dropped off at guest reserved hotel at 4:00pm for early arrivals and special arrangements can be made for late arrival flights. Clothing rental ends next day at 3:00pm for single day rental or at the end of aurora tour for guest checking out of hotel next day. Guest who reserve clothing for multi-days can keep winter clothing until their last day. Clothes can be returned back to tour guide at the end of tour or returned back at 11:00am on hotel check out day. Prior to reserving our winter clothing please read all the terms and conditions.
Any additional rental days after fourth day are charged at $35 per day. All prices are subject to local taxes.
